Troumassee Resort Development

The Troumassee Resort Development Project is a multi-million dollar project plan being developed that will consist of a luxury mixed-use resort and residential/commercial community. The completed facility, spread over 1,104acres, will accommodate a lagoon village, 18-hole championship golf course, tennis centre, equestrian facility, spa, and assorted retail.

Dannion provided engineering and testing expertise, engineering design of the infrastructure for the relocation subdivision, and detailed topographic and boundary surveys, and commenced the EIA.
