The Almond Morgan Bay Resort project is part of the expansion of the existing Almond Morgan Bay Hotel at Choc Bay, St Lucia. It comprises the construction of four multi-storey hotel blocks accommodating 100 rooms, swimming pool facility and associated works. The method of construction used is reinforced concrete walls supporting pre-tensioned concrete planks.

Dannion provides construction supervision, quality control and daily engineering services, design modifications where required and monitoring of the contractor’s progress.
