Black Bay Gardens

The project consists of a proposed housing development to be undertaken in the area of north Black Bay, Vieux-Fort and accommodating 52 residential lots, 6,856 square yards of paved roads and 2,368m of reinforced concrete drains, as well as the installation of a water reticulation system and sewer system.

In the review and assessment of the designs, drawings and budget and in order to provide suitable recommendations, Dannion conducted full road pavement calculations, hydrological and hydraulic studies for stormwater runoff in designs of the drains and in flood mitigation, costings and specifications to British Standard.
