Villas on the Green ClubHouse
The 7,000ft² reinforced concrete structure consists of clubhouse facilities, including a swimming pool and tennis courts, to compliment the townhouses that constitute the Villas on the Green condominium development of the edge of the Cap Estate Golf Course, St Lucia.
Dannion provided engineering designs up to Development Control Approval and will be responsible for the quality control and supervision of the construction works.
