Eglan Flavien

Eglan is the executive chairman and managing director of Dannion, having founded the firm in 2001. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and BREEAM Advisory Professional with over 20 years experience in the field of Civil and Highway Engineering, Structural and Bridge Engineering, Project Management and Construction Contract Administration. He has undertaken a wide spectrum of engineering projects from highway infrastructure and bridges, to building and marine structures, to drainage and flood protection at every level. He served for over 5 years on the Engineer’s Registration Board responsible for overseeing the registration of professional engineers in St Lucia, having also previously sat on the St Lucia Water and Sewerage Company Inc. and the Development Control Authority boards. Eglan enjoys Formula 1 simulator design and racing.
