Brydens Warehouse Extension

This project consisted of the construction of over 12,000sq ft of groceries warehouse as an extension to the existing warehouse facility for a wholesale distribution and retail multinational company. The construction was primarily of reinforced concrete foundations and ground slab, erection of a structural steel frame structure (with reinforced concrete blockwork, side cladding and roof sheets), electrification and construction of concrete pavements and external
works.

Dannion undertook all structural, infrastructural and electrical engineering designs. Subsequent to ground investigations and topographical surveys, Dannion produced the detailed design drawings, bills of quantities, engineer’s estimate, technical specifications and tender documents; conducted the evaluation of the tenders received leading to contract documents; and undertook the construction supervision and project management.
