The project involves the construction of three (3) interconnected, single storey, reinforced concrete buildings covering a total of 27,000 ft². The facility is to accommodate in excess of 100 residents with onsite kitchen, laundry, shower facilities, offices, water storage, recreation area, footpaths and gift shop.
Dannion was commissioned in May 2009 by the main contractor to provided full construction and contract management services. Dannion’s role was to manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site including project management, engineering, liaising with the Employer and quantity surveying.
