Hewanorra International Airport Perimeter Road

The Hewanorra International Airport Perimeter Roadway project involved the engineering design and tender documents for 7km of security road and drainage infrastructure (including bridge structures) within the airside compound of the Hewanorra International Airport.

The services of Dannion were employed to provide expertise in the areas of supervision of geotechnical and topographic surveys; appraisal of design options and the production of an options report with recommendations; detailed geometric, pavement, drainage and bridge structures design of the preferred option; development of drawings, bill of quantities and engineer’s estimate in the production of a design report; production of tender documents; and assisting of the St Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority in the evaluation of the bids from construction companies.
