Marigot Development
The project (located in the Roseau valley in the area of Marigot) is being funded by the National Housing Corporation (NHC) and consists of infrastructural works including the construction of a double surface dressed road network, drainage, and water reticulation, to service approximately 115 lots for low to middle income housing.
Dannion was commissioned in April 2009 (over a year into the project) by the main contractor (with the concurrence of the NHC) to provide full construction and contract management services to bring the project to a timely and successful complete after the initial delays.
