The project consists of works on the expansion and rehabilitation of the Southern Campus of the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, including the installation of access improvement measures for students with disabilities.
Dannion served as the Consultant and Engineer, tasked with the complete architectural, structural and MEP engineering designs including site studies and assessments, stakeholder consultations and ESIA leading to ESMP. During the tender and construction phases, Dannion undertook the cost estimating, tender documentation (including final designs and technical specifications) and evaluation, contract documents, construction supervision and contract management.
