National Insurance Administration Complex

The project consists of the complete architectural, structural and civil engineering and MEP designs and construction supervision for an over 83,000ft² administration complex at Beanefield in Vieux-Fort; including a new roundabout junction access onto the exiting highway, car park for over 292 vehicles, sewerage treatment facilities, culverts, drains, and two large ponds.

The Dannion-led team won the design competition and was commissioned by the National Insurance Corporation for the complete design, tender documentation and construction supervision.
